Family And Friends Test

The new Friends and Family Test is a way of gathering your feedback so we can continually review our service. From 1st December 2014 all patients will have the opportunity to complete a Friends and Family questionniare, please ask at reception for further details.

Young Carers

Sandwell Young Carers and your G.P surgery are working in partnership to identify and support chidlren/young pople whose lives are affected as a result of caring for a family member. If your child is providing support to a member of your family who has a physical disability, ill health or has become dependent on drugs and/or alcohol then your child may be eligible for this support. New Opening Hours

As of 1st Feb 2016 the reception will start to open from 8:00am.

PPG (Practice Participation Group)

The next PPG will be held at Dartmouth Medical Centre 17th Febuary 2016 at 12 o'clock


If you are aged 65 and over or suffer from a chronic disease you are entitled to the flu jab. Please phone the surgery and book to see the nurse.

Dr J.N Patel Retired

Dr J.N Patel retired as a partner from the practice on the 1st October 2015, but will be working at Dartmouth Medical Centre on a Wednesday morning.

Trial Period

Surgery on a Tuesday and Thursday will now start at 8:30 a.m for a trial period.

Our dedicated team are here to treat those minor ailments that occur as well as providing specialist management of long-term conditions and clinics covering a wide range of healthcare issues. The technology also means you can now do a lot of things from the comfort of your home such as order a repeat prescription or cancel an appointment.
